'mornin mud, I'm too much of a wimp to start a thread just to ask these measly questions, so thought I'd piggyback on star4024's new post and see if I could get a smidge of your attention that way. :)

I think I want to place a pretty large order for DSE901 attys (btw, genuine SLB, right?), but as of earlier this morning you only had one (you know, one as in three) red one left. That there looks like the niftiest color of the bunch to me. Any idea when you'll get more red ones in? (I'll be getting some blue and maybe a few pink as well, but would hate to miss out on red. Would also entertain notion of other colors not debuted yet if by chance any are in the pipes!)

Might throw in a few 510 attys too... What brand are EM's these days?

Also, is it still the case that the best, or only, way to place an order for now is to email the order info to David, as detailed in another thread (hmmm, could be tense not having auto-inventory tracking for any items of which there's only one or so left... :shock:); or as long as the site is cooperating, should we place the order through it?

Well I've got my nerve, saying "measly" then sneaking in four whole questions! :D <---{sneaky way of making sure mud realizes there are four and answers them all, without looking .... retentive! Well, to clarify, I mean myself; it's really not my business if YOU want to look .... when answering them! ;)}

Well so far East Mall have shipped me incorrect and damaged goods that they will not replace and have lied with false EMS number on the paypal dispute in order to get this dispute closed dispute the issue still being outstanding.

I placed an almost $200 USD order, 3 of my batteries are faulty, i ordered 5 packs of carts and they were all the wrong carts. So my entire order is useless as the carts dont fit. I definately wouldnt recommend these guys after they ignored all my emails and wouldnt talk until I lodged a pay pal dispute

Have you tried contacting me at all in customer service ?

And I highly doubt that anyone would attempt to falsify a tracking number ok, thats futile for one, so please before making such statement, contact me ?

Eastmalls email system has been down for some time now, this is why the stickied thread here to assist you by showing the email as eastmallcs@gmail.com.

Harra, I'll ask again ok , please contact me at the customer service email suggested if you would like me to assist you any further with this. And if you dont mind, please forward me all the emails you have said to have sent to eastmallcs@gmail.com that have had no response. Please include your ECF username as well.

I will also need your order number included in the email title

For the record, there are no emails in my inbox that have gone unanswered. Please check that you are sending your messages to eastmallcs@gmail.com

As you may not have been aware of, eastmall has had an issue with there email server being broken, we have had a new email now for a couple of weeks for customer service , as well as a temporary order email that is as ell been stickied in the eastmall forum.

Hey miss MiA , I can't tell you in all honesty where eastmall gets each device, as i am not in that dept. , I'm sure I will have an ask for you though ok. As for the updating of stock , you'll have to check the site frequently for this, they sell quickly as you know.

Hi all,

I ordered some items around midday today, check out and paid with Paypal and I got my Paypal receipt.

This evening I logged into account and my cart still showing all the items I ordered and paid.

Further when I clicked on "View my points Balance and Points received", it shows my order number, when I clicked on it, it said "You have not yet made any purchases." :confused:

Mud and/or Di probably answer this better then I. I've ordered some weeks ago, the package is in Australia, and still all the items show up in the shopping cart, which will be annoying for future purchases. I believe they're having problems with the current website, and they will revamp it very soon. Most likely have to manually enter the points balance.

the webshop is having big problems,

most things are having to be edited manually which is a real - PITA - hahaha

but it will all be solved with the new site in a couple of weeks,

please bear with us, and thanks for your patience........

there are several threads on here with instructions on how you should do things during this problem period ---

please take the time to read them - thanks -----:)

OK because it is placed theu the webshop and the sometimes problems there ---
I think maybe a good idea to double check if it has gone thru -- yes.

I think if you Email mud with the order number and list and Paypal receipt---
he can check for you with David -----
