My joyetech evic was acting strangely so I plugged it up to my pc and suddenly it froze up, then completely shut off. That was two days ago. I've been trying to find a working number for joyetech in USA but the previous Irvine California number I called a month or two ago is now going straight to fax. My evic is barely 2 months old. I've read a lot about ppl "bricking" their evic's but I have no idea what this means or how its fixed. Anyone know how to contact the warranty dept with joyetech or have any advice on what the problem could be? It wasn't a dead battery btw either, that was 40% charged when it quit working all together. Thanks for any help you all can offer! I'm so bummed without it.
