cant get that taste out

so my friend sent me some dr pepper flavored juice, I dripped it a few times, and decided it sucked, only problem is now I cant get the taste out, Ive blow out the atty, dried it, and dry burnt the crap out if it, but it still is there, I dont want to clean my atty, because I dripped on a freshly cleaned atty, and I hear that overcleaning (soaking in 151) can shorten the life of your attys, any ideas?

just vape it out ... i had a pina colada that was the wordls most horrible taste ... i drowned it out with menthol and various other strong flavours ... about two days and your atty will be back to normal ... in the mean time send me the DR pepper

I drop a couple of drops of vodka on the atty and usually do a quick burn. Do that about three times and then blow the atty out and it should help clear out the taste. Drip a couple drops with the new flavor to prime the atty and pop a cart on if you use one.

Don't need a full-blown cola soak or whatever, but probably do need to run it under the tap for a minute.

Then rinse in distilled water, vodka or such. shake dry, prime and should be fine.
