Can't stop the burnt taste!

I've had a few I rebuilt burn the insulator at the bottom. Sometimes when I'm not careful, sometimes for no reason I can figure out. Almost all taste problems I've had with rebuilt Kanger coils ends up being insulator related.

Catuela the reason they keep burning is because the stock heads are coiled with non resistance wire for the "legs" or leads

Leeroy are you sure about that? I have rebuilt probably 40-50 of these and have never noticed any non-resistive wire attached to the original coils. I know the new Kanger 3 and the new aerotank I believe use some none insulated wire for the dual coils.

So you can remove the silicone washer all together and it doesn't leak or flood? I LIKE it I'll have to try that.
