If youre getting dissy spells all the time, I would recommend you to drop the nic level.... Thats NOT good for you. Thats why its called a nicotine OVERdose. Nicotine puts stress on your heart. Not much, but still.
If you drink an energydrink thats strong you can get dissy, heart racing and shaky hands, because of the caffeine/guarana. Its the same with nic. And hope there isn't anyone that thinks that doesn't matter. Not healthy to have that happen several times a day..

I vape all day every day, too.
I started out with 36mg nic and quickly lowered it to 12-18mg nic because I was also getting that dizzy feeling from time to time. I prefer to vape all the time and so the lower nic is perfect for this PLUS I have several PVs going at a time so I get to vape different flavors all day.

You also use the higher nic at times when you might have the thoughts turning to the "stinkies" and your body is craving a little more nic. Takes care of those cravings right away.

You can add PG/VG to your existing juices to lower the nic AND it will also lower the flavor a bit. Go to the DIY section of ECF and you will see several "juice calculators" that will tell you exactly how much of everything you need to make whatever nic level you want.

Welcome To The Wonderful World of Vaping. Isn't is grand!!!!

I too vape all day long... however I have noticed something which seemed to help. I went from 2 packs a day analogs to only vape, no substitutes. At times, when I was really jonesing, I would have that PV welded to my face and it felt like I just couldnt hit it enough to get rid of the jones.

I recently increased the nic level (after reading Vapedaboom's threads regarding nicotine ingested from vape'ng) and amazingly enough it really really helped. I was using 18mg nic, went up to 24mg and THEN....began using Low Resistance atty's. OMG is all I can say. Serious TH, amazing flavor and it seems to completely satisfy me - without requiring me to use 2 PV's, back and forth to vape as much as possible without damaging atty's...haha

Either way I would say that if you just enjoy vape - then lower the nic level and enjoy. But if you find you're vape'ng to satisfy a craving, and it seems you just can't get enough, perhaps increasing the nic level will solve it.

NOTE: I'm not a medical professional and can only recommend from my personal experience. So if you're getting dizzy already, or having heart palp's, skip my advice ;)

Well i have in mind to cut nic level... But!
Im really stressed atm and im really nic hungry all the time, couple months ago i was vaping much less. Was browsing for Nic harm and saw its isnt healthy for males for our... erm... manhood. I was also using SNUS time to time but quit on it, thats also can be a reason in increased vaping a guess.

The same here I mean I'm quite addicted and can't go 5 min without a good draw from my PV but nowadays I'm running short on e-liquid due to the bad quality of liquid I can get in my home country....so I'm back to analogs every now and than that I'm sick of it.:S I'm awaiting on my next delivery which now is a great bunch at last and no more crappy taste and tightness in lungs from stinky cigarettes. Also tried patches in the between but it leaves itchy skin and dizziness. I'm quite addicted and I think if I ever went back to analogs fully I'd be smoking hell.

Same here... all day every day. Especially since there's no smell - I can vape at work, in the house... in the car right next to my non-smoking wife! I've never really had any adverse affects from it either (other than not enough nic 'till I got everything sorted out). It's been over two months since I last had an analog cig.... I love my PV!
