Can't taste flavors like when I started vaping!

I'm just wondering if anyone else ran into this. I've been vaping for over a month and level of taste that I had when I started has dropped off a lot?

Yep your taste buds are changing. Drink plenty of water brush your teeth and tongue. Try changing flavors. Some have said that eating a hot pepper brought their buds back to life

The condition of your equipment, cleanliness, power settings will greatly effect the quality of the vape. Air flow is also critical .

I find that I have to increase the flavor proportions since I am chain vapping.

I use a VTR on 8-9 watts and have the iclear 30 s it came with a and a pro tank 2 with a air flow adapter. I've been swapping out coils every 1-2 weeks and all my equipment is very clean. The iclear 30 s does not give me much flavor at all but my pt2 aero does give me close to normal. With mothers milk in both I can taste the pt2 better than the 30s. Are others having issues like this with the 30s?

Like you I have the VTR and I clear 30s. I also have the Iclear X.1 and 16B . I find the 30s is the best of this bunch and with 1.8 dual coils it performs great at 10W.

With usage the coils do get dirty, with some liquids it gets dirty faster... I killed a few quite fast, ( 4-5 ml), using a strong capucino flavor.

When noting else works, i go get some spicy Thai soup like Tom Yum. The cheap ramen type work but not as well as freshly made. After the burns subsides my taste buds are back to normal. Im not sure if it is the pepper, galanga or other seasonings but it works for me.

I drink a glass of Gatorade and it clears up my taste buds right away!
