Nice! Same situation here. Wife told me if I sell some of our IBTanks I could order one. Just sold 4 last night. Then she told me she wants a pink one

Oh No, you're really going to get one. :( I just don't know what to do now, I thought you and I would be one of the last holdouts.

Oh well, at least I'll get to make fun of you for getting a pink one....

When the enablers started in on me I thought I would never ever like a box mod. Coil building sounded way too advanced for me. When I got the Reo I wondered why anyone would ever need more than one. I've had mine for 3 weeks now and I am purchasing another.

Yeah, I was hesitant to purchase one, but everyone sang such high praises for them, I had to try it. And there is not going to be 3 weeks between purchases, already got permission from the wife to get a 2nd one. Will be ordering today or tomorrow. :rickroll: This thing hits so awesome and the flavor is unreal.
Clark, Wakonda better make the full time list, I thought it was good before, but it is insane in a REO

I have not been able to get off of cigarettes for good, going from 2pad to a 1/2pad before I got this. But since the REO, I am only smoking 2-3 a day. I think I could give them up for good except that I get a little nauseous every once in a while when I haven't smoked in a long period of time. Smoke a cig and it goes away instantly. Has anyone else experienced this?

Can't say I experienced that - powerful addiction - might lock and load some 18mg in that REO and vape vape vape until it recedes?

I didn't experience nausea from withdrawal, but I think some people do. Sounds like your addiction is deep rooted and that's nothing to be afraid of. Keep doing what you're doing - weaning down. It will eventually get easier my friend, I promise that much :)

And do what Clark suggested, load up some 18mg and vape like a mad man when that craving hits. Worst case scenario the nausea won't subside so smoke a cig if need be. I would also recommend eating a little something when this hits, try to appease the nausea with some salty crackers or maybe even something with more substance if you feel like you can handle it. Maybe try a few crackers then vape and see if it does the trick.

I get nauseous when I vape too much nic on an empty stomach. I don't want to stop vaping so I eat something healthy and then vape again. Vaping has made me eat more food for this reason lol which is good I'm skin and bones :) could also be appetite is coming back from not smoking for a month though.

A month ago, June 24th was my last cig...soon enough you'll be able to say that, too my friend. Just don't push too hard too fast. I had to wean off it too. Went to 3 a day, then eventually to one a day, then none. It's important to not push too hard though :)

Yes, those are DTs. Seriously, the night after I got my first eGo setup and no longer smoked I stayed up all night vaping like a fiend with terrible shakes, nausea, cold sweats and a pounding heart. By dawn it was over and put a call into my doctor. She berated me for not going to the ER as she said what I went through was very dangerous. When you are coming off cigs it's not just the nicotine you are missing but the 3,999 other crappy things they put in cigs. Pick a day when you can stay in, load your Reo tank and ride that detoxing out. You can do it!! :thumb:

I actually experience the opposite. When I've smoked I get a little nauseous. That and good juice makes it easy to not smoke. What are you planning for #2? Mine is a white LP/SL grand with a cyclone atty. I paid for it this morning and just don't understand why it wasn't here when I got home from work today!!

Thanks for the info and reassurance. I have not had a smoke so far today, but am about to break down and have one as I am at work and am starting to feel like crap, including the nausea. I just ate something so I am seeing if it will recede. I am going to try and make it through the weekend with no smokes, since I will be at home, but I have a lot to do since we are still trying to unpack and set up our new house. Our blinds just got delivered, guess what I'm doing tomorrow :2cool:

SInce I got the REO, I have had a lot less desire to smoke. I can't wait for my 2nd one to get here so I can try other NT flavors out of a REO. I just can't make myself put something besides Wakonda in my first one, just too tasty. My 2nd REO is going to be another LP Grand, but I asked Robert if he can do a different color than what is listed on his website. Can't wait for it to get here. :D

Reos also work as dripping attys to sample juices. Just remember not to squonk.

One thing to do is NOT stress yourself out by not having a cig. Get everything settled then go for it! Once you get over that 24 hours after your last cig you have this! Just don't attack your coworkers and get fired or throw your new blinds out the back door in an angry wad...

Haha, no I had to have a smoke to get through the rest of my day, so no attacking coworkers, and we paid way too much for these blinds to be throwing them around. The REO and Wakonda, in less than a week, have easily gotten me from 10-12 cigs a day to 2-3 with no problem, I am going to have to deal with these symptoms at some point, its the only thing that is keeping me smoking, because I know lighting one up will make me feel better that instant. The funny thing is already my taste has changed, I light up one of those cigs and it is ugghhh, how the hell did I not realize these taste so bad, where is my Wakonda. But I am also determined to do this, I have already gone from 2pad to 2-3 smokes a day, quite an accomplishment for me, but I want to quit completely. Thanks for every ones support.

You're doing great RED - just a thought though - toughing it out sooner than later might be worth the effort... the longer your persist in satiating those symptoms with an undesired behavior, the harder they will be to break. Just 2c from a Behavior Analyst.

This is how I smoked my last cigarette...(to each their own, of course)

My signature is I guess kind of a lie, I smoked maybe 10 cigarettes during those first couple of months, but I never bought any, so in emily logic that made me not a smoker. But when I would go out w/my smoker friends (ok really the one friend that smokes the same brand i did) for drinks I would bum at least one.

The last cig I had we were playing poker, drinking and they were smoking inside b/c the kids were out of town. Of course I wanted one, so once I bummed one I decided that was the only one I got all night. I would take a few drags, make myself really taste it and notice how disgusting it was, than put it out and vape vape vape and notice how delicious it was. Next time I wanted a smoke I sure could, but I had to relight that same one - gross - put out - vape - yum. Repeat, till I smoked it down to the filter and after about 6-7 relights it was truly truly disgusting (my friends felt bad for me and kept trying to give me a fresh one).

I think that's what did the trick for me and finally convinced that evil demon in the back of my brain that cigarettes are gross and that I have no interest in them. I haven't remotely wanted one since that night.

Thanks everyone for the support, I have not had a smoke so far today. Had a couple of time that I started feeling a little nauseous, but made it through. But what I'm going through right now SUCKS!!!! I feel like absolute crap, nausea, heart is racing, and just feel funky, I know it will eventually pass, I am trying like heck not to go light one. I am very tempted to go take just a drag and then put it out. I can tell y'all this much, when I do finally get off of these damn smokes, I am never touching them again!

Oh and Clark, I am glad I bought some of the 24mg Wakonda from you. I have 18 in the reo right now, but from time to time have had to drip some 24 in there. So thank you sir.
