I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

Hey KF. I found the small batteries just don't have the oomf to get the coils singing on anything over ~2Ω. You will need a true high volt device to use SR or greater. (EVO, LT, ProVari etc) The 1.5Ω dual coil non-tank cartos work great on a small battery though. (I should say that I do not have a Stardust yet, so take my comment for what is is worth) Probably doesn't help you much as you already have the Stardusts. Maybe it's gettin close to time to make the jump to light speed? ;)

FWIW, here is a great primer on Ohm's law and cartos.

Oh, and KF, I should add that you might benefit from a bit of hygene. :D Not the personal kind! Rather, the vaping kind. I was finding some of my Boge LRs were not working as well as some others and after looking at them closely noticed a dark film on the threads on the cartos and both devices. A quick swabbing with a q-tip and Isopropyl and the connection area was nice and clean. It believe it helped, but again, FWIW...

Acccording to Song at Vaporus, there seems to more than 1 version out there. Canvape's 1st batch seems to be SR @ 2.9 to 3.1Ω

Sooooo, do we think a LR version will come our way??

litecigusa.net seems to have both.

They are claiming the SR is 2.4-2.9 and the LR is 2.1-2.4....... not much of a difference, I guess.

Edit: Tom says the LR stardusts are coming.

Yeah, I know. They often leak down onto the contacts if they are completely filled or over-filled. I've got a big bottle of iso and a jar of q-tips in my vape gear area and do it quite regularly.

I still have to watch that video you linked about voltages and resistances, but, perhaps when I'm using "4.2V" on the eGo VV, it's not the same on a higher resistance item as 4.2V on a bigger battery? Is it probably not putting out the same power?
