I got a nice, flavorful vape of the original CAP VC at 6% in 100% VG. Now I try V2 @ 10% in 100% VG and I get almost nothing. Hardly any flavor, and what flavor is there is dry. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Thanks. Rusty

I mix the V2 pretty low, around 4%. It's not as good as the V1 tbh, but it's not bad at the lower %'s.
I just ordered it for the first time to compare to the original recipe. Fingers crossed that I like it.
Hmmm, 4%. For me, 6% wasn't nearly enough. Still, I've only steeped the V2 for three days, I suppose I'll let it steep some more and see what happens.If still no good I'll go back to the V1. Thanks for your reply.

Np. I should add that I don't vape it as a stand-alone. I add vanilla flavoring, either Caps French Vanilla V2 or DIYFS French Vanilla at around 3%, and sometimes throw in TFA Malted Milk at 1%.
It's too chemically for me along with the Vanilla v2 and the strawberrys and cream. I have steeped mix samples from June and July and still terrible.
I threw them out so I would not waste more mix on them. YMMV.

They took all the good (bad) stuff out of the original to make the v2. Im not a fan of it
I had a custard from a b&m here and it tasted really perfumey... I hope that's not what they use, if so, I wasted money. That stuff was not vapable even after steeping for weeks. Guess I will find out for sure tomorrow evening she my mail gets here.
Before I started mixing my own juice I was a huge fan of Velvet Cloud French Vanilla. They have a real gentle hand with flavor. Delicious and not at all overpowering. Their FV is mostly VG with a touch of distilled water. Scrumptious.
Ecigexpress just got a new stock of the 120ml vanilla custard v1 in about a week ago if that's what your looking for. I just ordered a bottle and yes before anyone says anything I do know the risks. I don't vape it often and at my age I don't worry about it as much as the young folks do.
V. 1 is still in my rotation - I don't make those mixes as my all day vapes anymore, like I used to. I bought 2 of those 120ml. bottles. They will last a long time..
Haven't tried the v2 as a stand alone yet, but did use it in a juice today and its not that bad. Maybe its covered by the other flavors in it, but so far I'm not disappointed in it.
Hard to beat Caps vanilla custard v1. I LOVE it!!! Try not to vape it every day but I load a reo bottle once or twice a week with a recipe that has it
