Capella DOuble chocolate

This is my favorite chocolate there is . Its rich and super chocolatey . At 5% is still rich in flavor . It is much better than TPA double chocolate .Where tpa's is thin tasting this one is rich and chocolatey . Very vesitile . I can go up to 20% and its just get more and more rich .

But then who am I kidding? I have Capellas double chocolate too. Guess which one I will use in my recipe. - lol

Thats 2 or the 3 TPAs in the comparison . There TPA DC ,DC Clear and DC dark . I havent tried the dark only the other two . The clear i like better then the regular DC but neither ar as good as cap DC
