will there be a massive difference in flavouring in the 4% between 16% and 20%? for example i feel sick if i mix capella at 20% and have actually thrown up a couple times after a 1-2 week steep.. will going down to 16% possibly get rid of the sicky feeling but still retain the flavour?

the ratio is 50/50 with 6mg nic...

Sometimes less flavouring will translate into more/better flavour.

I start low and work up if needed. 4-8% is my sweetspot. 10-12% flavouring max
in more complex brews. But I'm a ghetto mixer, nothin' too fancy or over the top.
Using very high pg also helps me keep flavouring levels down.
vaping excessive flavourings is an issue with me. Cheers.

It really just depends on the flavoring. I personally always start with about half of what is recommended. Start out making a small tester and working my way up to where I am happy. During this time, you can even make it without nic if you are not sure you will like it. I never worry about it myself, because there is not much that I can't vape or mix with something else. So to answer your question. . . yes 4% can really make a difference. Good luck to you and I sure hope this problem is resolved quickly. :)

thanks everyone took it to 17% and everything is fine now...what a difference 3% of flavouring can make to an e-liquid and vaping using a clouper mini with a aerotank v2 with a naturevape cotton coil between 10-15 watts if i go below 15% the flavour to me is really muted.. at 20% it was the best tasting juice ever but made me feel abit sickly

If you are mixing Capella at 20%, you are doing it wrong. They are a lot like FA and don't require over 5% in most cases (and even that is overpowering usually).
