1 - I bought a cigarette lighter car adapter USB thing at Walmart today. It's for an iPod, can I use it for my Janty Stick? (the USB thing fits okay)

2 - I also bought a Voltmeter at Walmart (I love Walmart) and don't know beans about how to use it. Can someone educate me? My batteries are UltraFire 10440 500 mAh 3.6 V. The warning says: "The voltage of full charge and empty condition is 4.2V and 2.75V respectively.

Also...is it possible to check the condition of a JOYE 510 battery with a voltmeter?

Cigarette lighter adapters rated at 5 volts/1 amp are excellent. If your device provides much less than 700mV, it may not perform well.

Yes, you can test battery voltage with a multimeter. The red (psotive) lead touches the center conductor and the black (negative) lead touches the threaded part of the connector. If the batteries are manual, you would also need to depress the button. If you have automatic batteries to test, you would need to try and do a quick inhale through the battery hole to set off the automatic switch.
