I ordered the caramel capp, already had the bavarian cream, but went ahead and ordered the sweet cream as well. Mixed it up at 3ml, and with a minute drop of caramel capp it was too strong. Didn't want to sacrifice the full 10ml, but looks like I'll have to because it was really really un-tasty the way I made it!

Finally! 1 drop per 10ml is way strong to me. I tried it at 20% my first time and nearly threw up. I put it up in the classys and someone there talked me into giving another try at 1 drop/10ml and it is freakin' awesome.

LOL I was just about to post that I use this same recipe then realized this was my thread! I don't make big batches of this...not in the mood for it every day. My droppers bottles hold 7ml and I just use one TINY drop of the caramel capp and a couple drops of sweet cream. I always have a large batch of unflavored made up..I fill a little dripper bottle and add the small bit of flavor and I'm good to go for a few days.

1 drop/7ml would definitely be too much for me. I think I'm still sensitive to the taste ever since I tried it at 20%.

I have it with tobacco, very first vape a 24 mg cuban cigar cause I read that it was the most like a normal cigarette lol
havent tried tobacco flavors yet, maybe in the future, and defenatly no 24 mg for me anymore :D

if a flavor is that strong maybe premixing it with pg/vg would be a good idea, that way it can steep and you can make a smaller amount of e-liquid containing that flavor

I'm new to making my own recipes, so could someone tell me who 'FA' is? Thanks! :)

I start with an unflavored mix.. any strength (mg) will do. I use a 7ml bottle. One drop of FA caramel cappucino, just ONE drop. Then add 4 or 5 drops of FA sweet cream. That's it! It has a full, creamy caramel coffee flavor. I don't mix my flavor by percentage.

There's some confusion around here, huh? Generally FA stands for Flavorart (or Flavourart as it's from Italy) but I think these particular flavors come from TFA or The Flavor Apprentice (also known as The Perfumer's Apprentice or TPA). My caramel cappucino and sweet cream came from onestopdiyshop.com and they are The Flavor Apprentice flavors.

Hope this helps!

Oh, some other abbreviations you might see are Cap or CA (Capella's) FF (Fairie's Finest) FW (Flavor West) and several more as I'm not up on the jargon yet myself!

I wish id seen this thread three days ago. I mixed up some caramel capp from TFA at 10% in 100% vg and omg. I almost hit the floor. It was like the blackest, darkest, heaviest, roasted coffee bomb went off in my lungs. At 20% ... omg i feel for you if you did that. I had nightmares and flashbacks of caramel capp for two days. I almost tossed my ego-c atty but a soak in vinegar and distilled water removed the smell and leftover blackness of this insanely harsh caramel capp.

Boldly, I tried it at one drop in a 3ml test batch today and it was still pretty nasty. I guess im a glutton for punishment. Its still steeping so ill add more vg to it and see what happens.

For the person who asked if the results are the same in all vg... id say they are imo.

LOL I always stress ONE drop per 10 ml. I absolutely love this recipe. Not only is it good and simple to make...its so carto friendly! Using this mix, ive been using the same carto in a tank for over 10 days now! Its deffinately not something I want to vape all day..but I do vape it on and off most every day.

edit: I did alter this recipe... instead of 4 or 5 drops of sweet cream, I only used 2 drops in my last batch and I like it better. If you can believe it.. the sweet cream overpowered the caramel capp. I also used one drop of sweetener.

So.. per 10ml
1 drop caramel capp
2 drops of sweet cream
1 drop of a sweetener

Here it is December 2012 and I wish I had read this thread also prior to trying Caramel Capucino. I mixed 1 ML in a 10 ML batch and like the rest of you found it was really bad. The whole house smelled like burnt coffee, I had to throw out the cartomizer and it took several hours to get the house smelling fresh again. LOL. If I try CC again, it will be in my shed with the fans on and only use 1 drop per 10 ML.
Thanks for the post.
