Cart error smoketip

I got 3 boxes of menthol carts from Smoketip and they were not menthol but chocolate. They were real good and I am sending back what I did not open and they are sending me 3 new boxes. First they stated 1 out of each box but the first box I had taken more out as I filled my case as I was going out the door so I told them I had opened 6 they stated no problem and updated my ticket. We will see how long it takes to get the new ones. Also, Smoketip has a buy one get one free for their started kit through midnight 11/27.

Smoketip is a great company in my opinion, they have great customer service and I am sure they will take care of you quickly. I really liked their menthol cartos.

I will let you know how quickly I get my replacements. so far I have been very happy with them. I ordered my starter kit on a Friday afternoon and had it in Monday's mail. That's quick.
