I use the V4L cartos, both wow and cool. I had a couple of issues.

The rubber condoms were hard to take off. Trimming them in half fixed that.

Then we drilled holes in the end so friends could have a 'flavor test hit'. Slip on the carto, and 'for your protection'. It is a great and humorous way for folks to try your flavor.

And a tip to any diabetics out there, the BD .5 cc diabetic needle white plunger caps fit the cartos, perhaps too well, they are tight! We now use them, drilled, for such testing. More rigid, and no rubber taste.

The cartos in my box are half condom on the socket end, and syringe cap on the mouth end.

Yes, I could/have. But it just is not the same.

The caps are... easy to clean, not sensitive to boiling, 'seen' to be hygienic, cheap (free), multipurpose, and easily disposable if I do not want to clean them. ("Oh, Gross, Lipstick!").

We got another good laugh, you can carry them in 'finger cots'.

Additional note due to another message: The caps do fit the coolcaps, even though they are narrower than the WOWs. Still a good seal.
