So from what I'm led to understand the LR caros vape more quickly, which led me to want to suggest this: A carto where yu could regulate the flow of air a bit. That is the only real bummer for me right now. The draw is so labored and slow compared to an analog. But if my element was heating more/vaping faster then being able to pull more air in with my inhalation seems like a big an doable advantage.

This led me to a related notion. See I just hate chucking the little .......s. Here you have his lovely little machined metal tube, a silicone plug that could last forever, and a heating element that has no moving parts and with a bit of maintenance could last about as long as a coat hanger. The problem? Access. The solution to this and the previous draw issue? Pretty simple:

The end touching the batt is in there. It's really in there, but with a bit of knurling and a tapering and slotted sleeve it would be secure, but removeable. The slotting in the sleeve lets in the air at an adjustable rate and removing it gives you full access to the element and the wadding. Clean the element with a bit of isopropyl alcohol or just plain clean water and a q-tip, wash or replace the wadding and stuff it back in there. The wadding could be designed more like a 2-piece sponge to fit around/enclose the element even.

You wouldn't have to maintain them any more regularly than you do your current cartos, but when you do you can really get in there and take care of business. Sell the little wadding bits to mitigate any loss from people keeping cartos for much longer. And less disposeable culture.

/I may be weird. I also agonize over tossing plastic razor blades and socks with holes in them. I mean yeah my toe sticks out, but it's still 95% of a sock right there. I just hate throwing stuff away that seems like it's still usefull except for one tiny part of it.
