Yes, you posted here as I was reading/replying there. Lol. Thank you for your reply. I had hoped the premos were a good choice.

yep love my dodge's jzr got me a 500 hp 440 in a 78 dodge 4x4 step side fun in the mud... love getting down and dirty
as suspected......
so.....for those who analog'd in the bathroom at high school......i'm guilty of this myself.....i wish i knew more. But, that's why i have you folks!
- the main wire IS a lower gauge (thicker wire) than the original.
- the Batting (stuffing) is as thick as a shotgun shell wad.
- the first hint of burnt taste....toss the carto. it's ruined.
- the wick wire attached to the main wire is still the same gauge.
thicker wire means less resistance. less resistance means more current. (thin wire is a 2 lane road and thicker wire is a 4 lane super highway....so on and so on.
the "pop" i suspect maaaaayyyyyyyyy be the current's defiance going from the thicker gauge wire to the same thin original wick wire. if i am correct the pop comes from an overload on the wick wire. please by all means jump in on this and add your electrical knowledge.
the wick......heat sync? there is a little more wick in there. seems to be the exact same material and weave though. my eyes could be playing tricks. i'll look again when i butcher the next carto. i was only after the main wire this time to satisfy the "i need to know".
electricity generates heat......you would think that the wick wire would break due to the surge of higher heat. it doesn't though surprisingly. By increasing the current did we create a quicker hotter burn or a slower more powerful burn?
the carto wadding.....there is a lot of it and it is in there tight. i could not coax it out with the tweezers.....i had to pry it out.
burnt wadding.....i just took only two hits of burnt taste. it did more than enough damage to the wadding which also left a thicker than usual deposit on the center of the wick where the wick wire is coiled around. done.....toss it.....unless you like taste of charcoal with you favorite flavor.
so....anyone help me with this.....why wasn't the wick wire gauge changed?

I ordered a sampler of the prem's and while they're good tasting, and they vape good, they absolutely mowed through my batteries. since I don't have possession of a mod right now, I wasted 3 kr8 batts in one evening. not fun, since the last battery is hiding under the drivers seat in my car and I don't know if it's even got a charge. 8-o
we are not dissing ya'll steve.V4L is on a mission to provide OUR customers with the BEST flavor, vapor, batteries, and cartomizers. This is why Leaford livrd in China now. Show me ANY other compnay who cares as much as us, sells for damn near wholesale, and actually less, with our warrantee
YOU CAN'T, so, sit back, and enjoy our journey together
Steve
and thanks for the picks bornagainst
if the atomizer is longer and takes more power to heat it than that is why the batterys drain much faster is my guess.
and i looked in the other fourms and others are noticing that if you pack the batting (pollyfill)to densly it does burn before using all the juice in side and requires adding more liquid frequantly to keep it from burning
