Carto pops/crackles louder than my other tank. Is it flooded?

Hey guys I need some help. I bought a new tank today that came with a prepunched carto. I primed it like I was told to by putting 10 drops thru the bottom after filling the tank. When I vape it seems to crackle/sizzle a lot louder than my other tank. Is that normal or does that mean its flooded? Please help.

If it's a Boge, it will crackle-snap and pop! I love the sound!

Smoktek and Kanger cartos are much better behaved, but not as good. :D

That is exactly how it sounds. No mouthful of juice and the only juice it gets on the battery post of my provari is like a condensation mist not a glob of juice

I'm kind of baffled by the crackling of cartos.

Running my AGA-T with higher watts results in like 90% less noise and same if not more vapor.

Just has me curious. Crackling cartos make it a touch difficult to stealth vape haha I even feel a bit guilty while vaping them & watching a movie with friends.

Is the moisture on the post on my provari ok?

A little moisture often gets on the connection no matter what kind of battery you're using. I've gotten into the habit of unscrewing the tank (or whatever) periodically to wipe it off with a q-tip or small piece of paper towel.

You were told to prime the carto by dripping into the bottom of the carto after it's in the tank? Never tried that. What's stopping the liquid from going straight through, out the drip tip?

I'm not sure but I believe there is a small gap from the bottom to the center tube where the juice has an opportunity or gap to seep into the filler there
