at this point i feel quite stupid. Ive already managed to burn out one of my cartos in a matter of a couple days of moderate vaping and after filling two others i cannot manage to make either function in my e-pipe. Im using an XL dual coil cartomizer by smoketech and I've filled it with my 30/70 vg/pg blend e liquid about 20 drops and i cant get any vapor out of either of them. please help.

Condom fill is good but must be done SLOWLY. Maybe you overtightened the cartos and either pushed the battery connection down or the connector on the cartos down and there's no connection between batt and carto. Try pulling the battery end on the carto out GENTLY about 1/ 32".

Edit: they take 1.6 ml juice- 20 drops= 1 ml- so you're prolly looking at about 30 drops to fill it.

Try filling your carto in this way: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/3710-carto-tank-setup.html

Carto's are filled the same way whether for use alone or in a cartotank, so disregard the second part about putting in a tank. The demo video, ditto.

If you can not view the link, I'll copy and past it here

thats pretty much what i did... it looks saturated but the pipe wont even fire with either one. i dont here that poping noise like i did with the one i burned out

how do i pull the battery end out?

On the carto at the end that connects to the battery there's a very small metal inner tube- pull it out gently cuz I think it's been pushed up and is not connecting to battery.

sorry i was unspecific
how do you pull the battery end out of the carto? its super small and i cand grip it with anything

Use something small and stiff that can be inserted in the center hole(on the cartomizer). Think paparclip etc.. Insert into hole about 1/4 inch. Tilt to one side so it applies friction [/] and gently pull outward. About half a millimeter or so. You just want to allow it to touch the center post in your connector. If done properly that should get you going......
