Good job. Just remember to only finger tighten the carto. As for the battery you have an 18350 and it's post can't be pushed down. Remember also to keep your batteries and chargers clean of juice- harder to clean when it dries. You prolly also have a firing pin between the carto and the battery.

Condom fill is good but must be done SLOWLY. Maybe you overtightened the cartos and either pushed the battery connection down or the connector on the cartos down and there's no connection between batt and carto. Try pulling the battery end on the carto out GENTLY about 1/ 32".

Edit: they take 1.6 ml juice- 20 drops= 1 ml- so you're prolly looking at about 30 drops to fill it.

On the same topic...the blank cartos I got in the mail yesterday have NO connector to pull up on them. They work perfectly fine with my 808 cig-alike, but NOT with the 501 with adapter. I should just give up using them on the 501? (It's my 'spare' battery until my 900mah gets here)

Hi molli. "Some" 808 cartos don't work on 510 PVs even with an adapter. Some 808 cartos have the air flow slots in the wrong place to actually work on a 510 even with an adapter because the PV air flow switch is not being activated because the air flow holes are being blocked by the adapter. With 808 cartos some air holes are on the side while others are on the bottom. Hope this makes sense.
