Carto, refill question???

I have watched about three different ways to refill a cart, they all recommended letting them sit for as period of time, overnight is usually recommended, but should they have both rubbers on or leave one off to sit. It may sound stupid but I could not find any advice anywhere. I just got a bunch of blanks that I’m filling with different flavors so I am curious to get the best use and flavor out of them.

I always plug them, I would think that would keep them moist and fresh?

That was my thinking, I just wanted to be sure.

When and if I actually fill them for later use, I usually put both on. However, I am an immediate gratification kind of gal, and mostly I am refilling them for immediate to "really soon" use. In those instances, I just leave the bottom one and plug in place. I have gotten really good at pulling both off in one move! LOL

Yeah and for that instant gratification I find that the plunger method actually works best with both end caps being plunged with that ittle plug in place
