I have been using three Riva batteries for the last couple of months with low resistance cartomizers. They have been great. This morning I put a fresh LR carto on a freshly charged Riva battery and it started blinking. I thought that was funny, but maybe that battery wasn't charged...so I put it on another battery and the same thing happened. I did not try it on my last battery! I did try other cartos on those batteries and they now appear to be dead. Could that cartomizer have been wired wrong and cause the batteries to short out? I am seriously bummed!

We're talking about LR atty's killing batteries on Ego's and Riva's here:

I think ppl need to be aware that this can happen, it must be really frustrating. Hubby has never had a LR carto or atty, so he won't know what he's missing if he starts on regular 510's on the new riva we're gonna get him soon. Sorry you lost two batteries GlindaW. :(
