I have been using Egos, and recently the Lavatube. I use 510 DCT 4ml tanks with 1.5ohm DCC on the Ego, and 510 DCT 6ml tanks with 2-2.5ohm DCC on the Lavatube.

I recently ordered a Power VV Grip mod from Sweet Vapes. I will have more range of voltage, and am looking to find new ways to vape.

I like tanks as they hold more juice. I vape 6-10ml a day, so I like to keep refilling to a min.

What tanks out there get away from cartos, give great flav and vapor production, and allow me to carry 2ml of juice or more?

Basically what is the next step forward from carto tanks?

Please give me some advice. Thanks!

A lot of people gravitate toward the filler type cartomizers because they work reliably and require no maintenance. I use them myself.

The problem with all of the atomizer and tank systems I've tried is they can get fouled and taste bad. Or, they can have wicking issues and taste bad. It takes a frustrating amount of maintenance to keep them working well. With a filler type carto, you just toss it and grab a new one when it's done. They work reliably well until they wear out.

There are tank systems with rebuildable atomizers like various Genesis builds and the Bulli A2-T, but they're not mass produced. They can be expensive and hard to get a hold of. The fiddle factor is really high with those as well. If you just want to experiment, that would be the thing to try. Genesis builds are mainly hand made so you might look into doing one of those yourself or finding a one-off for sale. The Line version of the Genesis and the Bulli A2-T are manufactured, but with limited runs.

I have not yet come across a reasonably priced atomizer and tank system I could recommend as reliable and easy to maintain. There are systems that can produce cleaner flavor than a filler type cartomizer, but they're tempermental. I'm looking for a good one myself, but have not yet found anything.

There may be stuff out there I have not yet seen so I'm open to suggestions as well.

I like the Cartzilla from ecigexpress. Mine is about 2.1 ohms, and seems to get quite a lot of time before it needs a bath. Very good flavor and vapor, and pretty good wicking considering I'm using my own VG DIY liquids.

But 95% of the time I'm using a LR Boge cartomizer, single coil, with a drip tip. They just do it for me, and they can be washed and reused a few times. Its not 5 mL of liquid, but it is consistent and very satisfying.
