how long does a cartomiser last and when do you know its time is up.

It depends on use and juice, but I think most tend to average around a week. I get about 2 weeks using 75pg/25vg and 80/20 when I was using them on the ego (3.4volt) batt's. I just started to use them at a higher voltage now on a Provari, so I don't know if that will change. Some of the signs will be a tighter draw on them, bad flavor, getting more juice in your mouth when drawing. You can also look through the center tube and if you can't see through it it is usually done from what I know. Some people also clean them and can extend the life further. I myself do not bother with cleaning them, but I may do that to a few I have to clear some juice that I did not like from them.

I'm a very heavy vaper & mainly use Boge LR cartomisers. They are as cheap as chips, so as soon as they start to wimp out (sometimes after only 3 or 4 days), I chuck them. I'm the same as DCB305, I don't bother to clean them as IMHO, it's just not worth it.

You can usually tell by a lack of vapor production or flavor. Some people try to clean theirs, but I just pop on a new one.

I find it really depends on the usage and brand.

The cartomizeres from liberty flights lasts me around a weeks time, give or take.

From other vendors and cheaper brands, 1-2 days.

ohh yeah and cleaning out your cartomizers work brilliantly. Just use a syringe and blow them out with some pg liquid.

I used mine for 2 weeks changed it yesterday and now its a much better taste thanks.
