Find a sheet metal screw (not self-tapping) that is slightly larger that the hole in your cartomizer; at least 1 1/2 inch long... You want the screw to catch and tighten up in about a turn to a turn and a half... Try finger tight at first and pull straight out while holding on the the body of the cartomizer... If screw pulls out take a screw driver and just snug the screw and try pulling the cap out again... If its a glued cap the screw will give you some leverage to rock the cap back and forth to break the glue a loose...........
