Cartomizer Holder Drip Catch Thingy

I mainly use cartomizers for my e-cig usages and a little tired of baby sitting my cartos after I fill them. Most of the time its messy and a waste of juice. I normally over fill them or use the condom method and let them sit in the rubber cap they come in. The thing is, the rubber cap does not allow air flow and thus making the wait for the juice to fully soak in a lot longer than holding the carto above the cap. I use the cap to capture extra juice so I can reuse it. My question is, has anyone made or thought about a carto holder with a drip catch for filling cartos?
