Cartomizer on a 510

I would like to try out some cartomizers. Problem is all my batteries and home made mods are for 510 atty's. What connector do I need to buy to make cartomizers work with what I have? Also, what cartomizers are the best to try?

I believe that Altsmokes 510-901 adapters will accept KR808 cartos.

Yes, they absolutely do. I have several on 510's I got six of them this week from altsmoke for about 5.25ea

adaptors work but is not the best option on batteries,it goes better if you use a Mod,perhaps the Nhale device is great

Got several 5v box mods I use. Haven't had quite enough money to plunk down on a XHaler. A nice forum member is sending me an adapter now I just need to know which cartomizer(s) I should try.

As long as the air flow is enough you are done, the cartos all should be the same but I am not sure, I only use cartos when I I can't refill.

I've heard Very Good Things about both the KR808D-1 and the GreenCig carts so I just ordered the adapter to give them a try...I can let you know when it arrives what I think, but considering that a pack of 5 cartos is under $10, you can't go too far wrong.

I'm also a care provider for some friends with disabilities and I'm thinking that pre-filled cartomizers might be a good long term option for them so they aren't depending on flakey me to keep them juiced up.
