Cartomizer or Atomizer

Which is best? I have use cartomizer from the begining. I am constantly looking for something better. I want to try somthing different but getting tired of the trial and error. Any advise?

I ordered a Provari. That is supposed to be the best. So what is the best thing to put on it. I like lots of vapor and throat hit. Isn't that what everyone wants?

A cartomizer is an atomizer with stuff around it to hold the juice. An atomizer can be used to also heat up a tank system (clearomizer is one) or simply by dropping some drops of liquid on it and vaping it "neat". But you need an atomizer to heat up the juice no matter what system to deliver the juice you have (caromizer, clearomizer, tank or neat).

Shared a bottle of wine so not sure if that makes as much sense as it could LOL

I love my provari, but I still use my eGo quite regularly. I also use the eGo when I go out, because if I lose it I won't be heartbroken. If you go to the Provari thread, you will find a lot of pictures that show various things to put on it.

The best cartos I have found are the boges. Lately I have been trying to use the Map tanks but there is definetly a learning curve. With 5 volt the cartomizers don't seem to hold enough juice

I haven't had good luck with any clearomizer type carto. I don't know what to try next??

I use boge 2 ohm and a carto tank. Works great for me

I use both but prefer the atomizer with a drip tip. Takes a little more time and can be a bit messy at times but is worth it for the cleaner flavor. I do use a cart when driving or out and about for the convenience and safety.

I use an atty and tip to drip. I use a vivi nova, a stardust (though mine is called the equinox ccs), I have a johnboy with a bedazzle tank and phiniac tanks that use the cartomizers with the hole in the ... and each are good in their own way.

Vsummer, very good reply on the atomizer terminology!

As to wich one to use, to each his/her own. I never got along with cartomizers for the taste, performance or the filling, and get quite a bit more satisfaction from clearomizers.

I switch off between the two but I feel like my cartomizer gets really hot to the touch...maybe I vape too much?
