Cartomizer Pre Cleaning Question

Im getting ready to boil/clean a batch of cartomizers. The question i have is that some cartomizers still have some juice in them. Is it ok to add them to the empty ones to clean out? Do i have to empty them from juice completely before i boil them?

I don't see any problem adding the ones with juice. You could flush with with some alcohol first to eliminate any worries.
