Need some help here! I have 2 of the same battery; same kit; same everything. Got some new cartomizers today; work awesome on the one battery; on my other one well; i get this airy draw and hear a whistling sound; end lights up; but no vapor or anything. the part where the tape starts/ends on the cartomizer is at a different place which i found weird; why isnt it producing? I have gone as tight as i possibly can; is there a fix. i can actual feel the air coming out where the battery screws onto the cartomizer. my other carts work fine on both batteries.

Take a precision screwdriver and insert it just a little into the post hole in the cartomizer that you're having issues with. Now gently pull up just a tiny amount...don't pull too hard or you'll ruin the cartomizer. Try it again. Unfortunately, quality control in some factories aren't up to par. I've encountered this problem several times in kits.

The center post on a carto or atty (or a battery) is suspended in a ring of insulating material that prevent contact with the outer ring. When you screw the atty into a battery, the post sometimes gets pushed back and a battery or an atomizer can lose contact with the center post. When that happens, the battery LED lights, but you get no vapor.

On the bad atty, try hooking the center post with a bent paper clip with a hook formed on the end and gently pull until you get it just a little more above the outer ring. The problem could be the center post in the battery that won't light, in this case, since both attys work with one of the battery.
