I got my first set of cartomizers in this morning. As impatient as I was with all the delays I am really glad they took the time to get it right. These are amazing. Same great vapor production and taste that I loved with the leo atomizer without the occasional dry hit and constant adjustments to my blue foam or having to drip every few minutes.

I will have to get a feel for filling them as I had liquid coming out of the mouth piece the first two fills I did. If you do this it is a simple fix. Wipe the mouth piece and put the battery end into a paper towel to blow the excess out.

They are whistle tips and the plastic that makes up the tip extends most of the way down the side and leaves just enough metal to fit snugly against the gold band at the top of a battery. They are the same length as the atomizer with a cartridge attached but the mouth piece itself is flatter and wider. It is a pretty comfortable fit.

I will post more as I vape these today, but so far I am in love.

Thanks to vapelite, vapin in the cape, and whitestag for being the first vendors to have these.

Well I have been putting these through their paces today. I still have not gotten used to filling them but I am sure as these become more popular there will be people tinkering with them and posting their methods.

I am still getting nice big plumes of vapor and great flavor. I am going to give them more time before I declare myself free of cartridges, tweezers, blue foam, pockets bulging with bottles etc., but so far so very good.

How do you fill them? I just got some of mine, and I'm stumped! Going to look on google....

I just got some direction on that from one of the suppliers.

The black cap pulls off if you screw it on to a battery. You have to twist and pull and it does take some oomph but once it is off you can lift the rubber cap and there is the polyfll just like the 501 boge cartos. You can just drip onto the polyfill or use a syringe to put the liquid down in the side. Then you just replace the cap and vape.

Thanks! How much are you getting into these. I got about 3.5 in mine...

flavor is INTENSE on these. wow.

You can adjust the draw from rather tight to rather loose by unscrewing just a smidge... very nice so far.

Larger mouthpiece is taking a little getting used to, but not too weird.

using 50/50 FSUSA Orange Mist w/ extra flavor

I am getting around 3.5 as well.

Yes the flavor is great with these. I have not gotten better flavor out of any other device.

I have one filled with FSUSA wyatt Earp, one with FSUSA RY4, one with their butterfinger flavor and my wife is vaping cappuccino smooth.

The instructions my supplier gave me where to fill your injector with 1 ml liquid, place tip 1-2ml into the threaded end of carto, slowly plunge liquid into carto, wait about 60 sec. then repeat for the other 3 ml. This is alot easier for me than having to take it apart to fill.

They are a bit hard to pull apart for sure. I have the manual dexterity of an elephant though so brute force works best for me. I have not filled with the syringe method without over filling yet. If only I had been blessed with opposable thumbs.

1. screw cartomizer onto SEALED Leo battery.
2. gently twist and pull off just the black plastic from the cartomizer casing (in the same direction if you were tightening it).
3. remove rubber plug at top of cartomizer
4. fill via slow drip or syringe
5. replace rubber plug and black plastic cap.
6. enjoy

Ok..i opened the second one up, and like before..took it apart and this time i filled it with the syringe. Put it back together and took a couple of primeing puffs. Looked a little more promising..i got vapor!! The flavor is still a little lacking. I hit it a few more times...then the flavor turned into a foul burnt taste, burning my throat! So i let it sit for a while. After about 10 min or so, gave it another shot...no burned taste...but no vapor either...am i doin something wrong? So far for me...a big let down! I can understand getting a dud...but two in a row on the same order is is realy depressing! Tryed one more time....foul burnt taste again...oh well...back to the blue foam :/

Wow I am sorry to hear your experience has not been as good as the rest of us. I am not sure if this has anything to do with it but I accidentally flooded all of mine on the first fill and had to blow them out in order to use them. They all work perfectly now. It might be worth flooding one of them then blowing it out and vaping to see if it does the trick. Hopefully Jackal or Paul will see your posts, they seem to be the most knowledgeable so far on these. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be if after waiting all this time and anticipation to get disappointed.

I've been using the same carto for 2 days now. I have noticed I can't fit all 4ml in them. In fact about 2.5 ml is about tops before it starts to flood, especially the 3rd and 4th fill. I'm wondering if the 4ml measure is before the poly fill is inserted into the chamber. Check that you didn't flood yours. Blow out all the excess into a cup or something (waste not want not). Also, like any other cartomizer, be sure to dry the excess that may collect at the threaded end, and ensure your battery isn't flooded or losing contact.

I do NOT recommend using these on unsealed Leo batteries. Any excess will most likely end up in the battery center hole and mess things up.

I have found the cartomizer, when filled to juicy max (without flooding), lasted me about 14 hours (I'm a heavy vaper).
