Does a cartomizer replace a atomizer and cartridge and does it fit directly on to battery?

Yeah. Most people prefer cartomizers ove an atomier and cartridge. Cartos are more consistant and hold more juice so you can refill less often. If you have a slim ecig, only use standard resistance cartos (around 3.0ohm). If you have a bigger battery PV (above 450mah) you can use SR or Low Resistance cartos (1.5ohm-2.0ohm). The LR cartos will give a warmer vape and more TH. Most people prefer LR cartos over SR
