cartos make me cry....

ok. So I bought a few cartomizers from litecigusa. well I bought two packs of the suckers. I stuck pomegrante juice from them in two of the things and my personal pineapple, which is amazing on an atty. the problem is that I don't like the flavor the cartos are giving me. I haven't tried their pomegrantate on an atty to see if their juice makes it funny, but all three of them taste off... kind of dirty tasting, and weak flavor. I bought them thinking I could just load up two of them and not have to redrip on an atty or into a 'pillow' (it's what we call polly fill lol) and then I would be easily set for a day or two. but I can't stand the flavor.

These are the first cartomizers that I have bought and I did: the wait twenty minutes thing

the 'shake it up' thing

the fill it to the top and overflowing thing

the wait a day thing

the add more juice thing

and they still taste bad.

now it may just be my pallet, but possibly it's the cartos? if it's not the cartos and that's just how the hard tip BOGE's taste, well then I want nothing to do with them. Anyone want to swap cartos so I could try a different kind? if not, I may just PIF the whole kaboodle.....so sad... i was so excited. literally jumping up and down at the mailbox.....

I had the same prob at first other than taste they were too low of a draw, and hardly no taste..till i had them at 5v. that is the only way i can use them. JMO

I actually started out using cartomizers. Now I use attys most of the time. I only use carts for driving. I get the taste of the filler now too. My taste has finally returned and I just dont like the taste of them now.

At first I could only stand cartos at 6V+... then using them on an eGo...with the adapter cranked way open for more airflow...

they will have a completely different taste...that's just a side effect of the different heat put out by different resistances...
Certain things will taste better to you at warmer temps and certain things at lower temps..
best you could hope for would to be to find an atty and a carto that are close to being the same resistance...then they'd be somewhat similar taste wise..

so it depends what atty you're using...
example I use a 510 atty..so cartos are kinda cold and tasteless for me at anything below a turbo carto at 5 or 6V..

Air them out, seriously. You need to air those out, they have a weird medicinal smell to them, IMO (like pills) and really need to be aired out. Did I mention to air them out?? lol

I love cartos.. but only at 5v .. they dont perform well at 3.7 or 6. my .02

Not a carto fan either! Kinda like sucking melted popsickle out of a dirty t-shirt. <<my bad>> Now that I use the LR atty and driptip nothing gets in the way of the full flavor.

I'm not sure, but I think I read somewhere that airing them out would help. (I wouldn't even begin to know how to air out a carto??)

Um, seriously, I've never gotten a weird taste with the Boge's unless they were defective and burned on the first draw. That's happened to me twice now...in several months of vaping 510 cartos. Now, the SLB's...they taste bad...smell bad...they're just BAD in my opinion, but some folks love them. We're all different and perhaps they're just not for you...that makes me sad 'cause I LOVE them.

You just pull the condoms off before u use them...let them air..lol.. really for awhile..

Cartos, fill them, spin them, top them off, vape on them for 3 hours, top them off again, repeat for 2 weeks when you gotta clear the gunk off the threads, clean threads with an alcohol pad, use another week or two - throw away....

Yeah, that's my puppy's momma. A delicate little flower at #130. Her pick of the litter daughter broke the 20# mark at 60 days I'm picking up another one of her daughters tomorrow for a pet/guard dog.
