Cartridge Filler, Where can I find?

I've seen people talk about different fillers/filter material they buy for cartridges, but I can't find any listed on any of the e-cig supply websites. Can someone please tell me where I can find it?

I know Dormouse knows where to get it pre-cut but I can't remember where. I always cut it myself using "Marineland Rite Size U". You can get it wherever aquarium supplies are sold and cut it like this:

The precut is from strictlyejuice. But you can get the one rosa mentioned from fish stores or places like petco/petsmart. I got mine at petsmart yesterday for $8. I think they sell another filler there too called "fluval".
