I have never used one of those. I would assume, and we know how that sometimes works out-LOL, that you could use a syringe and just refill from the premade hole. I would not make it larger or just rip off the foil. Seems that the opening that is produced by the atty is the size it should stay. Don't see how it could hurt to try refilling.

After watching the vid-it gave no help-I will keep looking.

From a little bit of research it seems to me that there is filler in the very small cart. Can you use a stright pin or straightened paperclip to stick in the hole in the bottom and push the cart up? If so, take a look inside the cart-if there is filler material in there, go ahead and remove the foil and drip your e-juice onto the filler. When it looks a bit like a slushy stop filling. If you overfill use your syringe to remove a small bit of e-juice. You can also put a small bit of e-juice into a contact case (or something similar) for dipping. You would remove the cart from the atomizer and dip the mesh into the cup of e-liquid. Put on the empty cart that came on the atomizer during shipping and take a few puffs. You will have to redip every 4-6 puffs.

Turns out, I got a bad pack of carts that were missing the filler! I opened a new pack of carts last night, that I got from a different supplier and SURPRISE! filler in the cartridges. At first I felt like a dummy, but then I realized that the chinese website I ordered the last batch of carts from must have screwed something up. The new cartridges I got came in different packaging also, so I am going to keep ordering from the new guy I found. Thank goodness, now I can order some juice!
