And now says they're trying to push for action on this before the senate session closes next week. I emailed. I'm about to call every one of them. Hell if they're idiots, we just need them to know that the phone/fax/email has been going all day with people that don't think it's a good idea for them to pass that one through.

This one died. I actually got quite a few actual replies after the fact. They passed a ban on sales to children under 18 instead. We'll see if they bring it up again.

CASAA definitely keeps everyone in the loop, but beyond that, they've made appearances or organized appearances anywhere they have a local presence. They've also been able to get support from Drs., professors, etc. to write letters and get studies out to legislators.

Holy ........ didn't realize you were in MA. Greg was looking for someone in MA that would be open to a media appearance about the proposed tax there until it got killed.

What we really need, is for all the vendors to come together and form some sort of trade union and fight together instead of fighting each other, and for more vapers to be willing to get involved. I mean, seriously, we can organize and come together for Twygg, and that's great........ but why the hell can't we come together to protect vaping?

I don't see that casaa does a friggin thing other than post who's doing what and vapers are an apathetic bunch so probably except for a few of you nothing gets done.
Does it?
C.B.

YOU are CASAA. If you don't see CASAA doing anything, it is probably because YOU aren't doing anything. If you have ideas of other projects we should be working on, I would encourage you to attend a member meeting and share them...but be prepared to lead the charge--most of us are already volunteering as much spare time as we have.
