For one, You were using ADAPTERS when you DID NOT have to....I think your bad experience...was from not understanding the GGTS and how it works. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience....but it COULD have been worked out...ther GGTS is the best ecig PV on the market...great unit...ive seen many PV devices and by far this is my favorite...

Im not sure why you were using adapters...the unit comes with everything you need to use any atomizer...all ya need is the thread changer...in the pic you have adapters laying around that you didnt NEED.

Also not legal to libel my company and the products I sell due to your OWN inability to use them correctly.

I won't publish your emails (I am not surprised you wouldn't want anyone to see the foul language contained in them). But I can of course publish my own (completely reasonable and very helpful) responses to them.........

The little piece that touches the positive end of the battery that is on the atty end cap has a black spot on it. I think that was your problem. It can easily be solved by cleaning. Well it could have been.

If he is in fact slandering your company I *think* you would be able to clear the air by posting the email exchanges.... Obviously not here but say on your website server....

Then you could visit the forums where is slamming you and simply post a link to the webpage where the emails are displayed...

I don't know GB laws on the matter but it might be something worth looking into if you really are concerned about his slanderous remarks..

You would not be posting them to embarrass him... You'd be posting them for defense of your company...

Good point although I don't think it will be necessary.
The emails were mainly swearing in response to my fairly reasoned replies anyway.

vrn I hope your not asking for refund since you clearly have some anger management issues that need to be worked out. By the way you sent a picture to Lisa via email with verbal threats that can be held against you as not only harasement but as attempted threats that violate personal property or person. If I were you I would just hold your toung put your tail between your legs and walk away. you clearly destroyed the the GGTS by a hammer according to other formums so no refunds for you.... jeesh what a waist... And be glad that most of us arn't over there....
