I also volunteered :)

Load your muskets, look for the lanterns and be ready...

Seriously - gather support among any local vapers where you can. One of the goals of CASAA is create a network of local users. One of the things that amazed me (many months after joining ECF) was just how many fellow vapers there were within 100 miles of my house.

CASAA is a user's network. The more people who join, the more we can connect with each other.

Gulf Coast members,

CASAA needs volunteers to help with the concert on Saturday, March 27th! If you live within driving distance of Mobile, Alabama and can help with setting up, talking with new users or just manning the CASAA booth for the concert we need your help!

CASAA is giving free gumbo cook off wristbands, backstage passes and a free joyetech 510 or 302 kit to anyone who signs up to help the cause.

Call or email webmaster@casaa.org for more information.

Actually, CASAA will always be looking for reps. You’ve made a very solid point. The greatest failing of any group effort is usually in not knowing each person’s role and a general misunderstanding of that one mission-critical piece that everyone assumes someone else is handling.

CASAA’s strength comes from individual efforts. The organization (as a whole) has resources far beyond any one user. Hundreds of doctors, legal reps, IT professionals, butchers, bakers and candlestick makers fill our ranks. No member should EVER feel like their contributions are too small to be worth joining the fight. By the same token, everyone needs to realize that CASAA is only as strong as the individual contributions of its members. Keeping e-cigs legal in your community may very well involve YOU stepping up to be counted in YOUR state.

THIS is why we are constantly harping on the need for reps and members to step forward. Heroes are made on the battlefield, and no one knows where the next big victory will be won. History has proven that sometimes the smallest win is coterminous with (and/or provides the catalyst for) something far bigger than anyone realizes. A few days ago, less than 20 people (not shy to vape on camera) delayed the IL vote and made lawmakers take notice!

Over the past several months, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of CASAA members in person via email, phone, forums and Skype. What started as a fledgling consumer/advocacy group has evolved into over 3,500 members and grows daily.

Kristen, Signed up on your page. It said follow directions in my email. No email.
Can you clarify what page you signed up on and what you were signing up for? Were yuo on casaa.org or casaaforum.org?

If you were just joining the site or forum, you should get a confirmation email, I think, with a link to click. If you didn't get it, check your spam folder.
