Where you shipping them to? The moon?! haha.... In all seriousness, definitely a cart glitch. We are looking into this now and should have a fix soon so you can finish ordering. I will repost when its fixed. Thanks for the heads up! As to if the products will be available at Philly vape Fest ... i sure hope so. If someone orders a bunch of stuff to go out to there i'm sure it could be available.

The "Anywhere "No Smoking" Sticker" has the sticky on the back I think, but the sku is "insidebumper"

No that is a good question and I was wondering that myself. The picture makes it even more confusion because it shows it facing the inside and not to the outside. Let me ask Webby!
