Case for vision spinner battery

I got a small ego case (I believe, according to site anyway) with a kit and it fits my 400 and 650 egos with clearos just fine, plus several bits, but my spinner + clearo sticks out by a drip tip basically. I usually throw my case into the front of my laptop bag as I'm heading out the door with the geeklings (aka, kids) and sit it on my desk during the day.

I'm about to order a few more bits and i'm waffling about ordering a medium ego case. I just want one I can zip my spinner + clearo up in so I can toss it into my bag
I could get a large but I don't want to go overkill.
and of course they all have MM measurements and I don't have a ruler nearby. lol.

can anyone weigh in?

According to fasttech, the medium case is only 1/2cm longer than the small (165mm vs 160mm). If that's true, it'll still be a bit short.
