I know MUGGS did a few recipes in a barrel but I'm thinking medium charred oak chips soak them in a little jack for a couple days, let them dry and do a ( 3 day heated ? ) PG / PGA extraction,
Maybe add a flavor ?
you don't wanna add any sweet alcohol, with unfermented sugars, to your juice - it will burn
