Not sure what the price would be for authentic bf Manta, but if it had properly oriented post holes I'd be interested to find out. These two clones are awesome regardless of the silly canted posts.

It is a great atty. The only thing stopping me from buying a second one is the fear that the post holes might be worse than the one I have. It's just my OCD, I guess. It just requires a little more fiddling around with the tails, to get the build the way I want.

Hey Tom, how is the quality of get Marquis clones you have? I know they've been a bit iffy. Only reason I ask is that I'm dying for one just a little reluctant to drop 2 c-note's on an authentic.

The Marquis Clones are built solid, it's replaced my Atomic as my favorite 18+mm sized Atty and my second arrived yesterday. Be aware this recommendation is from a MTL hitter who found the Rogue too airy, hopefully you'll get a few more opinions.

Put it this way: the Marquis BF is worth more of it's $160 than the rogue authentic is of its $90. Just saying. I find very few attys worth their price but the Marquis comes very close.

Total of 6 holes open on the Derringer = happy sloth? The manta is not for you. Wide open the manta might equal 4 holes or less in the Derringer. The rogue would serve you well, bonsai maybe.

6 open is my preference but I'm good with 4 on the D open too...I run 4 sometimes depending on the juice. Running 4 right now for some peep flavored juice. Still interested in making some fig juice thanks to you btw could be called Slothfiggulus?

Two thumbs up for the Rogue recommendation. I'm mostly dripping NETs on a 2/3-open Troll on my Sigelei 150 right now (tons of air for me, which I like), but when I want a relaxing, squonking vape, Tom's BF Rogue suits me fine. Nice smooth slightly-restrictive lung hit, great flavor, easy build. I may have to buy a second Rio Grand so I can dedicate my first to this atty. Great end-of day atty.

Vaping my Rogue right now with Casey Jones Mainline Reserve Two Cans (love my cereal vapes). Not "coat-your-tongue-in-eliquid" flavor, just great tasting cool vapor.

I'm lobbying for an authentic bf Manta. The Manta is great. The only complaint I have with mine is that the wire holes are oriented oddly. It would be awesome if the holes were parallel to each other. On mine, they aren't. I'm assuming this wouldn't be the case with the authentic. Otherwise, it's a great flavor atty.

I will have you know I have raised holy hell with my suppliers about this and told them I will take 50 perfect mantas but don't you dare send me these twisted sisters again or I will find a new distributor. I'm so sorry about the posts, I even tried a new vendor and they are exactly the same, the only difference is the box. I wish I had that luck with the Hellboys.
