Thanks a lot Choderhead. I was hoping the black pharaoh tip would look perfect, but was afraid of exactly what you said. The finishes are different. Well there goes that idea.

I drilled all the Odins, most of the Magma's 11/15 reactors and 35/45 of the reactors. I pushed too hard, I wrote up all of the mailers and priority labels and my body shut down. Bad news: didn't make it to the post office before closing today. But I do have everything that is paid for packed and ready to go. I'm very sorry about the delay but my body just threw the white flag. I had hoped to get most of this out Friday but I overestimated my mad ninja skills... I broke 50+ cobalt bits this weekend. I usually don't have that problem except with the Reactors, the are by far the worst conversion that I do. The center pin on the Reactor must be made of Titanium infused cast iron, just laughs at my bits.

Have you looked into running carbide bits? Or is there too much play in your setup?
