That is an authentic... I will have clones, the authentics are easier to drill.

I do have grub screw... What size are yours m2 or m2.5? Both were used.

I'd have to go and measure. The closeness of the Phillips on that atty always made me a little nervous of it shorting. Not that it ever did.

Just checked mine, looks like m2. Just a hair under 2mm on my cheap ruler.

I want to put "Dibbs" on a Lancia with the glass kit.
In trying to read through 11,400 posts for more info, I did learn to say "Dibbs" .. one of my favorite words :p
I never did find the post where they are listed, but if "Dibbs" works, I'm going for it.

I understand there is a wait period.
That's good, because it gives someone time to tell me what I need to do next.
If going through PP to pay for it is next, I will need the PP address to take care of that end.

Thanks for anymore info I will need ... hope there are some left

Not at all.. The Lancia and the +1mm glass is ready to ship. $45 without the spectrum glass kit. $55 with it. $6 for shipping either way.

No atomic for you... I have a 2013 cyclone and ss afc on the way with your name on it. Do you want it?

Aww :(

As much as I enjoy the cyclone overall very much, words cannot describe my hatred for building it.

Ken has been pushing for months and refering people via email at a rate of 4-5 a week. Ken is very much into the uber high end I just like cool stuff and $$$. You and I as well as nautilus seem to be running in a tighter circle, that I'm just not that excited about wood. Always getting shorted on credit aren't you? First the list and now facebook, you just can't win with this Catfish Guy....

Facebook is a lot more fun with an entourage. Still getting used to the Vouches, Couches, and Pouches there however; seems dirty...

Hah, I can't afford the high end stuff. I just drool and occasionally get a cast off. The most expensive mod I've got is a 2nd hand Dibi bought in the ECF classifieds due to incredibly lucky timing.

But the high-end folks are dying for some authentic atties converted to bottom feeders and they are willing to pay hard and fast to get them. I'm just glad I'm able to point people over to Tom. It ends up a win/win because they get what they want and Catfish Atty Mods gets more exposure and more squonkers clamoring for more.

Oh and the Reactors are yours CH. We'll work out a deal for some send-in work, unless you want to throw one of those authentic Marquis my way. LOL

later,
Ken

Tom is like your annoying parent who shouts at you and he scares the heck out of me. That said he is respectable, honest and straight up guy. Never met a guy like him. No matter how thin the line it is, he walks it without bs. He never goes around telling you anything, he tells it like it is, which makes me wonder how he is keeping up with selling stuff. Being straight works better than bogus salesmanship. Tom is one living example.

So, do you have grub screws for those Atomics? The one I sent in is a clone, but I found an authentic for a great price and have it here. Been top feeding it over the weekend, man that is a PITA, but is performing well. Anyway, if you do have grubs for those, could you put some in and some spares and add it to my bill? I hath found the Hudy tools and I sure like those grub screws better. I am learning..... it takes time. thanks Tom

Oh how I wish I did. I can get them BUT I have to buy 100 of them at a time and God only knows how long it would take to Get a pair them, I would bet on 2 months or more. And almost 4k tied up for those 2 months. Ken has 2 that he is considering re-homing I would gladly relinquish my dibs on one of them for you Train.

Hey... I only ripped you once... You nut checked me and I returned fire, we got each other's number and we moved forward. Don't be scared... I'm a teddy bear but have been known to go full on grizzly when pushed well beyond reason. (She is no longer among us btw). (And no not Tami, she left of her own volition rather dramatically however). I try to be someone that I would want to buy from, and I'm a demanding customer. (Ask TBev for references to that regard).

I appreciate the kind words and will continue the best I can. I have realized as much as I need to either hire someone or quit my job and the fact is I have never had a job so sweet and I just don't trust anyone enough not to rob me or do a crap job so here we are.....

Will do, but one question: on your authentic Atomic what hudy driver are you using? .035" or .050" one stripe or 2? I have both sizes of grubs..

I don't have enough mods for all of my attys either. Just 3 Reos and 1 Peko with a 2nd one coming Monday, and at least 12 CH attys. I'm needing some more mods to house these things, but my vape budget is shot to hell right now. We'll have to wait and see how it goes.

How's the correct Vertex treating you? Should I think about another run?

Just got her built yesterday and working it now. Hits great, excellent airflow, haven't had any leakage issues. It's funny though, even though everything went through the mega ultrasonic, and I soaked it in hot water and dawn just to make sure, I am still getting a funny taste. I haven't had that with any other atty I've got. I'm going to try to try the dawn and boil it in hot water for 15 minutes later today if I can and remedy this. But other than that, it's a keeper! It does seem to have a cooler vape, even considering the build I've got on it - dual coil, 24g, 5 wrap around a 2.58mm mandrel with KGD wicks for .25Ω total. The top is on there nice and tight. I haven't put on the original top to see what the difference might be, but this one is perfect. Flavor and vapor production is great, except for the added flavor mentioned. It's an easy build with the larger post holes, but not as big as the Mephisto. All in all, I think it might be worth a shot doing another run.
