Manta twin coiled in between kids dinner and bedtime, running at 0.34 ohms - Damn this is one flavoursome atty, I love and I mean love the top flow AFC, it's going to take some beating for me to find a better vape. Tom great work brother this bad boys drains like a champ

I love the catfished hellboy, derringer and Rogue. All three are daily drivers.

I look forward to the catfished rem. I wanna see the offspring of the rogue and derringer :). Unfortunately if I really dig it, the derringer will sit for a bit because I will run it in its place :)
I hope you're not severely disappointed in that rem...slash I hope I learn to not be. Your rem vid would be so helpful :) :)

I absolutely love my Rem! One of the most flavorful atties I have. My build finally settled down to .23 ohms and it chucks the vapor and doesn't scrimp on flavor, plus, NO leaks! I, for one, am happy I went with it.

REMatty coiled after Manta, was fearing the worse but gotta say after a bit of a nightmare getting the second coil into the neg (first coil flew in) on my LP Grand this thing is singing from the hill tops!!!!

Sure it's a tricky build, ended up one wrap too many so at 0.75 ohm but with no slam cap there is no spitting and the flavour is seriously flooding out!

Tbh the manta earlier on twisted 28 was bliss but the REMatty is hanging there with it. I can't speak on the Derringer as not been there but I have to say this thing rocks!!!!!

Seems I'm one of few but for me this is definitely money well spent.

One final thing I nearly got caught with the high coils, on putting the cap on it jumped to nearly 2.0ohms, lucky I saw somebody else post this problem, the coils need to be set low, mine are real low maybe thats the secret to this massive flavour

Yes it is the worst atty I have ever used...unable to get flavor and usually unable to get a build LOL. honestly even with flavor I highly doubt I'll like it. The build is awful. The screws snap twisted 28. That is crazy o.o

Hopeful though. Tom to the rescue
Hey boss I know your on YT but did happen to see the REMatty build video by REM Creations..... on YT ? Figure at least you can throw some fee-c's or constructive criticisms their way to show your displeasure via YT comments . Lol

Edit:.... Hmmmmm, upon further inspection the replies are shut off??

I thought about it bro I really did. But I didn't want one of the only comments on the vid to be negative...I did give the vid a thumbs down. That was because the video was awful...The worst and least informative build vid I've ever seen.

I agree no help from the video, but I was persistent and was finally able to come up with a technique to build it.. still not easy, but atleast now I can repeat a decent build...

How low bro? Lower than the build deck? Most mine have been such that if I look at the atty even with my eyes...The lower quarter of the coil is out of sight behind the deck wall. Should I try lower you think?

The only seriously stable build was with twisted 26g. It was stable but the flavor was terrible...I had hints of decent flavor from some other less stable builds. But they had incurable hot legs so I rebuilt

Yea I've coiled it about 35 times so far. Gotten good with the negatives but the positive never captures my wires well unless it's twisted 26g...even with grubs. My wires always slip up beside the screw and then the coil wobbles. Tbh I like the build design it just doesn't work for me though. If I could get it to hold my wires - not have incurable hot legs - and produce flavor - I'd be happier with the rem than the derringer. 304ss and top airflow for the win.

Hi Tom,

I tried to sent you an email at hotmail. All 3 emails came back as (undeliverable). Here's my question: I ordered a Marquis clone from you (I paid via PayPal). However, if you haven't mailed it yet, I'd like to know if you can modify a RM2 for me? The inhale is very restricted but I like the atty. Is it possible you can drill a 1/16 hole (like you did for the Cyclone) in it for me and include it in the package with my Marquis?

If not, no worries. If so, let me know how much and I'll send the additional payment right away.

Thanks!
Send me a pm with your zip code and the details. A lot has shipped in the last few days.

Quit crying and send it.... You're killing me... I gave you an out. Take it.... Not trying to be a dbag but I need you to understand. Your issue stem from not getting a decent coil set up on it the rest is chin music. If it says anything at all I will be keeping at least 2 Rems and all the derringers are for sale. I find the Rem to be the answer to most of my dreams for a small atty. the Bonsai is no slouch either. Again while this may sound harsh what you are doing is the equivalent of standing in a Ford Dealership screaming at the top of your lungs that the breaks don't last as long on your mustang as the do on your Taurus. Yes it's a challenging design but so are many others, the Veritas for instance.
