CE2 Fluxomizer ... I GIVE UP !!!!

So yet another question as I try to work this through and get a response from GotVapes ... what is the purpose of leaving in (or not leaving in) that bottom 3rd ring that is almost impossible to remove?

I think that ring really seals it up so no juice can get on top the atomizer. No juice in your mouth. But it also prevents really good wicking IMO. I remove it and fluff the wicks to get better wicking (no burnt wick) but then I have to be careful to leave the battery vertical. If I lay it down some juice gets around the little (middle) seal.

I think it tastes much better this way and I don't need to fill with a syringe.
