Hi Santaclaws. I have tried CE2s, and you can actually use paperclips ( like how you use it to open Iphone sim card slot) to take out the rubber piece... Not sure about CE3s though. 1 thing is for sure: Gotta be damn technical to use a CE2 (Or at least, that's what I think) :D

Wait, don't you just fill it with a syringe? That seems easy enough for me.

I don't recommend them because CE2s need some fiddling to get them working how they should be working. Plus.. I haven't found the taste and TH to be all that great on them. The CE3s are great when they work but in my experience, they tend to leak out of the bottom even when the bung (hehe, silly name for the stopper.. hehe) is securely placed. Actually.. I almost quit vaping because CE2s and CE3s were terrible but that's for a different day..

I've found Boges to be more reliable than Ce2s or CE3s and the Boges brought faith in vaping back again for me. :]

Hope that helps!

I do like my CE2s but i can say they r not that consistent in flavor production. The coil is at the top so gravity doing his job well will not help u wick properly. So sometimes u need to tilt or overturn the ce2 to 'manually wick'. However, when it does work, the flavor and vapor production is exceptional! so yuh. i have since turn all my ce2s into a tank mod. (arry tank) am looking forward to something more for aesthetic looks (like torpedo tank or MC tank) hehe~

I'm a loyal CE2 user. I can't imagine ever going back to batt filled cartos. But they're not for everybody. CE2s require some fiddling to get them working properly. Most hard core CE2 users are fiddlers by nature, it seems. If you want an "out of the box, fill and vape away" carto, CE2s may not be the way to go. But once you get them modded properly, they can't be beat.

The main difference between the CE2 and CE3 is that the CE2 has a top coil and the CE3 has a the coil in the bottom. The top coil in the CE2 will give a warmer vapor and more TH. I am an avid CE2 user - been using them almost exclusively for about a year. A properly working CE2 will give the best experience as far as flavor, TH and warmth. They are easy to fill with a syringe and can be cleaned easily. With regular cleaning they can last for several weeks. On the downside, they under perform and are very inconsistent out of the box. If you are willing to learn how to mod them to work properly they are better than any poly-fill carto I tried.

same here. i almost quit vaping because of carto issues. i don't agree with the majority that cartos can be reused for long periods as long as you keep them wet. cartos are disposable. ce2 maintenance is pretty easy by comparison. they can be cleaned back to nearly new condition and most importantly .. inspected for proper operation.

Santa i just buy the carts that have them in there and use a mini pipe cutter and cut about 1/2 in from the connector being carful not to cut through there 2 wires on the airtube of the ce2.
Parkes vaping has the tanks only for like 4-6 bucsk and you just put the ce2 into the grommet and the top part of tank is a screw cap then fill and vape on your device.
Those tanks do not leak unless its user error.
There was a video on you tube but it escapse me .
