It is possible that your atomizers have primer in them. That will make the flavor awful. Not all attys come with primer but it sounds like your's did. The quick fix is to blow on the mouthpiece end of your atty, into a paper towel, until no juice comes out and then put a couple drops of juice on the bridge or coil, then put your cart or carto back on and just vape through what ever bad taste is still there. It shouldn't take long for the flavor to come through. When you put a new atty on, first do the blow thing and then coil up a paper towel and gently poke it down inside the atty and around the walls of the atty so you can soak up the primer before you start to use it. Hope this helps.

Edit: Oops! Thought you were talking about atomizers not CE2's.

So I just got some 510 ce2s and am vaping them on my ego at 3.7 and the ce2s are around 2.5 ohms. Was just wondering if there is some kind of primer on these, cause I get lots of vapor, but no TH or flavor? Thanks

There's so many variables to vaporizing a liquid that it becomes hard to find the best match for our individual wants. In my mind, one of the biggest problems is that the heat required for lots of vapor often changes the flavor and the th. All I can suggest is watch the vids for ideas and experiment, experiment, experiment.

I use the button for a heat controller , and depending on the juice, sometimes hitting the button for a second before starting the draw and getting off the button when my lips tell me to. The heat will continue to produce vapor after the button is released. I try to keep my draws long and slow. Good luck and I hope you get it sorted. :vapor:

What are the specifics of your liquid? Vendor, PG/VG ratio, flavor, and nic level will be needed to help you further.

Digital ciggz; Vanillaz and Cinna bunz
Gourmet Vapor : Nutella, Rootbeer Float, Peanut Butter Cup -

All are 80PG / 20VG 16-18mg . Oh yeah and the GV's are all double flavor.

Well, Rottwyler, it certainly isn't your liquid. It looks like you've been vaping for a while based on your flavor choices. Do you still smoke or did you quit recently? I still smoke and I can't taste much vapor-wise. I can't even taste the cigarettes  I can't taste much for a bit after I clean my attys too. Tough to say. Maybe the vaping gods have decided that you aren't supposed to vape from CE2s.

Nope...been quit smoking and started vaping 12 days ago...my friend turned me on to vaping while camping. He has been analog free for 6 months..and I'm grateful he introduced me to something to help me quit :) I'm really getting into vaping..it's like a new obsession :)

Could be your taste buds are still recovering. Try drinking lots of water, brush your teeth and tongue,
stronger flavors.

Starting out I didn't get a lot of flavor from any system, ordered double and triple flavor shots.
Now I can dilute those same single flavors and have them seem too strong, took a few months for me. :)

p.s. some of my early favorites are now "how did I ever vape that" flavors.

Yeah I'm starting to think that....but I hope I don't get to the "How did I ever vape that" stage...so far the 2 I use all the time are awesome.

Twelve days congrats. Your taste buds havnt returned to their normal stage as if before you smoked. My experience was similar to yours around the same timeframe. I stuck with my atomiser and kept going. It wasnt until i had about two months that i could tell the difference between two very similar flavors. Couldnt have told you the subtle undertones of one juice or the other. I havnt had an analog since Febuary and i still get the best performance from a plain old atomizer, but i do use a tank currently for convenience, and i agree with you and others here that the ce2 seems to have less throat hit than an atomizer. That being saidi do like the warmth of the vapor. I primarily vape menthol based flavors and almost exclusively a thinned VG , the only PG in my house is my wifes juices. As far as muted flavors are concerned i can tell the difference between my t atomizer, a standard atty, a lr atty, and ce2....all very different vapes. All having their place. I wish you the best of luck and hope you find that sweet spot for your vape.
Good Luck. Happy Vaping.
