filled up my first ce3 with tribeca from halo. and it was a fail. did everything correctly and it tastes burnt. second ce3 I filled up with snakes blood from fuzion vapor and it was a success. why is that?

Not enough info to help. What brand/model CE3, what resistance, what voltage/wattage your driving it with. Always tastes burnt, only sometimes, just started after working well for a while, etc.

In general, burnt taste comes from not enough juice around the coil area of the wick, to high voltage wattage used. Sometimes it can be caused when coils are wrapped way too tight over the wick which prevents getting enough juice around the coil area.

smokeless image. I believe the standard volt battery is 3.7 volts. it occurred on the initial vape after the short spurts with the manual battery to get rid of the primer.tey don't specify the resistance but I'm guessing low enuff to be compatible with my smokeless image battery.

so ur saying I can take it apart and loosen the wick to fix it?

I'm not familiar with the smokeless image clears and don't know if they can be taken apart. Many others can be which helps identify problems. Maybe someone else here can offer something. I just listed several of the more common causes of burnt tastes in clearos so that you might be able to isolate what is causing it for you.

You can take them apart and adjust the center post which is supposed to make it easier for the juice to get to the coil. Mr. Outlaw (outlaw vapor) has a bunch of youtube videos that explain it well. It can seem a little intimidating at first, especially because the tube is kind of delicate, but its pretty easy. I was advised by SI to take the clearo off the battery when it started to taste burnt and hold the battery end against the palm of your hand and take a few quick drawns. This is supposed to help the eliquid flow to the coil. It seems to help but can get a little annoying if you have to do it frequently
