Hey All,

So I'm at 16 days without an analog, and I'm kinda worried about my vape intake. Well, maybe not, maybe I should be? See, I find that I pretty much vape nearly constantly when I'm home, sitting on the couch. I was a heavy smoker, but I was at least able to go an hour w/o a cigarette. Maybe it's the convenience of sitting on my couch and vaping? Do I have anything to worry about? I mean, I feel fine, and this is of course supposed to be much healthier than an analog. Anyone else a chain vaper?

I go through 10-12ml's a day, but "joewp" maybe you need or should lower your Nic if your getting to much, or higher it if your not getting enough and why your chain vaping, either way maybe an adjustment is in the making ? If your racing and staying up or having trouble sleeping with all this chain vaping then lower your Nic,,,,,,, if your chain vaping because your still craving Nic and your body isnt satisfied then raise the Nic, but either way I hear ya, if I'm standing up I'm vaping :)

Don't fret...eventually you'll start slowing down. :)

When i started in May, i actually vaped 2-3ml a day at 12 (now 4-6 at 14mg). The only times i dont vape are in class, when im sleeping and eating lol. Guess it just depends on the person. Or you could say im just enjoying vaping more :)

Hi. You're still early in - it will be a while before you figure out what might be "too much vaping." Personally, I spent the first 2 weeks clutching onto my PV, chain vaping in a fetal position on the sofa. (Pretty bad smoking withdrawal issues...)

In all, I think it took me about two months to find "the zone" - the right nic level and frequency of vaping. I've said it before: this isn't like auto-pilot smoking. You have to pick that pv up and hit a button every time you use it. What you might think is chain vaping now... maybe not. In it's own fashion, vaping takes a little more work than smoking does/did.

I think, ultimately you will know if you are vaping enough or with enough nic based on your "wanna cigarette" cravings, how often they happen, and how well vaping works as your alternative to picking up a cigarette. This is the no rules method. You can vape more if you want or need. Up your nicotine level and try that. Drop it down if you want. You have permission to play! (Don't go looking for that option on the instructions in a box of nicotine patches. It isn't there.)

LOL! I was home from work all last week recovering from foot surgery. I wound up with a BLISTER on the inside of my upper lip from vaping too much. Had to switch sides where I put my drip tip. I'm not worried about it. I know I vape a lot...maybe too much. But I don't feel sickly and gross like I did with analogs. I don't even know how many ml's I vape a day because I use like 5 or 6 different flavors a day. Hmmmm...maybe I should count the drips?

Anyway....don't worry about it unless you feel like something is wrong from taking in too much nicotene. Your body will know.

Hey All,

*SNIPPED* I mean, I feel fine, and this is of course supposed to be much healthier than an analog. Anyone else a chain vaper?

I find personaly and this goes for my best friend who vapes as well.. If we vape our 24mg TOO much too soon it ends up making us feel like were gonna puke..

imo if you wanna chain vape reach for a lower nic content and you should be fine .. too much nic for me makes me wanna throw up :(

I have been at it for a month & a half now and I still chain-vape like a boss; the only problem I experienced in the beginning was insomnia from too much nic at night... that problem dissipated after a couple weeks. Still use the same juice, perhaps it was the difference in nic delivery that affected me.

I *puff* don't feel I *puff* chain vape *puff* that much. *PUFF* - hold on a minute, have to refill my carto....

Okay, *puff* I was saying...I don't *puff* find myself chain *puff* vaping at all. : )

J/K...actually, it depends on the day. But, what I have settled into is that I like to try and emulate the smoking experience the best I can. I smoked about a 1/2 PAD before. That meant every couple of hours I would have an analog. Most days that is what I do with vaping - after a an hour or two I will take a break and puff 10 or 20 vapes. Getting my nic fix for the next couple of hours. And, on those days I enjoy my vaping better. I think it is because I don't have the constant stream of nicotine going into my body, like when I am chain vaping.
